Sage 200 Stock Price Band Prices (Pro Version)
Sage line 200 stock prices can easily be edited using PostTrans within Excel. Using the example provided “Stock Prices”, you can extract up to 10 price bands at once, into columns, edit the data, and post back any changed stock price values back into Sage 200.
The video below demonstrates this, by first extracting whole series of price bands from Sage 200, editing the values, and updating the prices within Sage 200. Standard prices can be specified by entering a X in the cell.

Tags StSellPrice1-10 can be specified, to extract/amend or import stock price band prices. When first extracted the user is asked to define the Price Bands for each of the StSellPrice1-10 tag specified in the PostTrans template.
See example template by pressing Help button and selecting “Stock Prices”.
The prices for that band will be written to designated column specified. Any changes on Import will update that band price.
Putting an "X" in the price cell will designate it as a "Use Standard Price"
Tag StStdSellPrice, allows the user to extract/import the Standard Price.
Tag StCostPrice, is provided to allow formula to be added to the sheet to calculate new prices.
The band allocation can altered by changing the "Related Code", under the tag StSellPrice1-10 in row 3.
The cost price can also be pulled through, allowing the use of simple Excel functions to calculate new stock price.
