To upgrade PostTrans for Sage 50 to the latest version, which works with all versions of Sage 50:
- Close Excel
- Backup program (see below)
- Down and run install from the download below
- Press [Next] on all options
Backup before applying upgrade:
To be on the safe side you can Backup the program before applying the upgrade. Simply press the [Windows] button and search for “Show local” you should find a link to an app called “Show local install directory”. Click on this and then enter the password “sexonlegs”.
The installed directory for the current user should then be shown. Simply copy all these files to another location, so they can be copied back if need be.
Now run the install you have downloaded.
